For me, photography is about seeing and memory. The various settings on
the camera and the tools of the digital darkroom are ways to capture what I
see and feel and remember of looking at a scene, an event, or a flower. In
general, I use as little “trickery” as possible to allow what is in front of
the lens to tell its story.
The pictures you see on the web site are reduced in size and quality as well
as digitally altered to speed download over the web. The digital originals
are made with 8 mega-pixel digital camera and weigh in at over 3 megabytes
each, allowing high quality prints even at large sizes.

Larger prints from 10x15 up to 60 x 40 are available and are done on a
